Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 10/Verse 33

अक्षराणामकारोऽस्मि द्वन्द्वः सामासिकस्य च ।

अहमेवाक्षयः कालो धाताहं विश्वतोमुखः ॥१०- ३३॥

akṣarāṇāmakāro'smi dvandvaḥ sāmāsikasya ca ।

ahamevākṣayaḥ kālo dhātāhaṃ viśvatomukhaḥ ॥10- 33॥

I am the letter "a" of the letters of the alphabet, and indeed, I am the simple copulative compound of the system of compounds. I am time infinite, I am the arranger, facing in all directions. 


akṣarāṇām (masculine, genitive, plural) = of the letters of the alphabet 

akāras (masculine, nominative, singular) = the letter "a" 

asmi (present tense,= I am 

dvandvas (masculine, nominative, singular) = simple copulative compound  

sāmāsikasya (masculine, genitive, singular) = of the system of compounds 

ca (conjunction) (indeclinable) = and

aham (pronoun, 1st person, nominative, singular) = I

eva (adverb) (indeclinable) = indeed

ākṣayas (masculine, nominative, singular) = infinite 

kālas (masculine, nominative, singular) = time

dhātā (masculine, nominative, singular) = arranger 

aham (pronoun, 1st person, nominative, singular) = I

viśvatomukhas (masculine, nominative, singular) =facing in all directions
