Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 12/Verse 10

अभ्यासेऽप्यसमर्थोऽसि मत्कर्मपरमो भव ।

मदर्थमपि कर्माणि कुर्वन्सिद्धिमवाप्स्यसि ॥१२- १०॥

abhyāse'pyasamartho'si matkarmaparamo bhava ।

madarthamapi karmāṇi kurvansiddhimavāpsyasi ॥12- 10॥

Even if you are incapable in practice, be the aim for the sake of me, the sufficient action for the sake of me. Even performing actions, you will attain perfection. 


abhyāse (masculine, locative, singular) = in practice

api (adverb) (indeclinable) = even 

asamarthas (neuter, nominative, singular) = incapable 

asi (present tense, 2nd person, singular) = you are 

matkarmaparamas (mad + karma + paramas) (masculine, nominative, singular) = the sufficient action thinking of me

bhava (imperative, 2nd person, singular) = be



madartham (masculine, accusative, singular) = the aim for the sake of me

api (adverb) (indeclinable) = even 

karmāṇi (neuter, accusative, plural) = actions

kurvan (present participle, masculine, nominative, singular) = performing 

siddhim (feminine, accusative, singular) = perfection 

avāpsyasi (future tense, 2nd person, singular) = you will attain
