Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 14/Verse 19

नान्यं गुणेभ्यः कर्तारं यदा द्रष्टानुपश्यति ।

गुणेभ्यश्च परं वेत्ति मद्भावं सोऽधिगच्छति ॥१४- १९॥

nānyaṃ guṇebhyaḥ kartāraṃ yadā draṣṭānupaśyati ।

guṇebhyaśca paraṃ vetti madbhāvaṃ so'dhigacchati ॥14- 19॥

When the beholder perceives no other doer apart from the gunas and knows the higher apart from the gunas, that one attains existence for my sake.

anyam (neuter, accusative, singular) = other  

guṇebhyas (masculine, ablative, plural) = apart from the gunas 

kartāram (masculine, accusative, singular) = doer 

yadā (adverb) (indeclinable) = when 

draṣṭā (masculine, nominative, singular) = beholder 

anupaśyati (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = one perceives 

guṇebhyas (masculine, ablative, plural) = apart from the gunas 

ca (conjunction) (indeclinable) = and 

param (neuter, accusative, singular) = higher 

vetti (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = one knows 

madbhāvam (masculine, accusative, singular) = existence for my sake 

sas (pronoun, 3rd person, masculine, nominative, singular) = that one 

adhigacchati (adhi + gacchati) (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = one attains
