Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 13/Verse 25

अन्ये त्वेवमजानन्तः श्रुत्वान्येभ्य उपासते ।
तेऽपि चातितरन्त्येव मृत्युं श्रुतिपरायणाः ॥१३- २५॥

anye tvevamajānantaḥ śrutvānyebhya upāsate ।

te'pi cātitarantyeva mṛtyuṃ śrutiparāyaṇāḥ ॥13- 25॥

But others not knowing, thus having heard from others, they worship and even they, devoted to what they hear; indeed, they transcend death. 


anye (masculine, nominative, plural) = others 

tu (conjunction) (indeclinable) = but 

evam (adverb) (indeclinable) = thus 

ajānantas (present participle, masculine, nominative, plural) = not knowing 

śrutvā (gerund) (indeclinable) = having heard 

anyebhyas (masculine, ablative, plural) = from others  

upāsate (present tense, 3rd person, plural) = they worship 

te (pronoun, 3rd person, masculine, nominative, plural) = they 

api (adverb) (indeclinable) = even 

ca (conjunction) (indeclinable) = and 

atitaranti (present tense, 3rd person, plural) = they transcend 

eva (adverb) (indeclinable) = indeed 

mṛtyum (masculine, accusative, singular) = death 

śrutiparāyaṇās (śruti + parāyaṇās) (neuter, nominative, plural) = devoted to what they hear
