Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 15/Verse 10

उत्क्रामन्तं स्थितं वापि भुञ्जानं वा गुणान्वितम् ।

विमूढा नानुपश्यन्ति पश्यन्ति ज्ञानचक्षुषः ॥१५- १०॥

utkrāmantaṃ sthitaṃ vāpi bhuñjānaṃ vā guṇānvitam ।

vimūḍhā nānupaśyanti paśyanti jñānacakṣuṣaḥ ॥15- 10॥

Whether one is established, departing, or enjoying endowed with the gunas; the deluded do not perceive, those with the eye of knowledge see. 

utkrāmantam (present participle, masculine, accusative, singular) = departing 

sthitam (past passive participle, masculine, accusative, singular) = established 

vāpi (adverb) (indeclinable) = whether

bhuñjānam (present participle, masculine, accusative, singular) = enjoying 

vā (conjunction) (indeclinable) = or 

guṇānvitam (past passive participle, masculine, accusative, singular) = it endowed with the gunas  

vimūḍhās (past passive participle, masculine, nominative, plural) = the deluded  

na (adverb) (indeclinable) = not 

anupaśyanti (present tense, 3rd person, plural) = they perceive 

paśyanti (present tense, 3rd person, plural) = they see  

jñānacakṣuṣas (masculine, nominative, plural) = those with the eye of knowledge
