Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 15/Verse 9

श्रोत्रं चक्षुः स्पर्शनं च रसनं घ्राणमेव च ।

अधिष्ठाय मनश्चायं विषयानुपसेवते ॥१५- ९॥

śrotraṃ cakṣuḥ sparśanaṃ ca rasanaṃ ghrāṇameva ca ।
adhiṣṭhāya manaścāyaṃ viṣayānupasevate ॥15- 9॥

Taking hold of the hearing, sight, touch, taste, smell, and indeed, the mind; that one enjoys the objects of the senses. 



śrotram (neuter, accusative, singular) = hearing 

cakṣus (neuter, accusative, singular) = sight 

sparśanam (neuter, accusative, singular) = touch 

ca (adverb) (indeclinable) = and

rasanam (neuter, accusative, singular) = taste 

ghrāṇam (neuter, accusative, singular) = smell 

eva (adverb) (indeclinable) = indeed

ca (adverb) (indeclinable) = and

adhiṣṭhāya (gerund) (indeclinable) = taking hold 

manas (neuter, accusative, singular) = mind 

ca (adverb) (indeclinable) = and 

ayam (masculine, nominative, singular) = that one  

viṣayān (masculine, accusative, plural) = objects of the senses 

upasevate (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = one enjoys
