Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 13/Verse 15

बहिरन्तश्च भूतानामचरं चरमेव च ।

सूक्ष्मत्वात्तदविज्ञेयं दूरस्थं चान्तिके च तत् ॥१३- १५॥

bahirantaśca bhūtānāmacaraṃ carameva ca ।

sūkṣmatvāttadavijñeyaṃ dūrasthaṃ cāntike ca tat ॥13- 15॥

Outside and inside beings, inanimate and animate; and indeed, from that subtlety, remotely situated and in that vicinity, it is not to be known.

sūkṣmatvāt (neuter, ablative, singular) = from subtlety 

tad (pronoun, 3rd person, neuter, nominative, singular) = that 

avijñeyam (gerundive, neuter, nominative, singular) = not to be known 

dūrastham (neuter, nominative, singular) = remotely situated 

ca (conjunction) (indeclinable) = and 

antike (neuter, locative, singular) = in the vicinity  

ca (conjunction) (indeclinable) = and 

tad (neuter, nominative, singular) = that
