Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 13/Verse 28

समं पश्यन्हि सर्वत्र समवस्थितमीश्वरम् ।

न हिनस्त्यात्मनात्मानं ततो याति परां गतिम् ॥१३- २८॥

samaṃ paśyanhi sarvatra samavasthitamīśvaram ।

na hinastyātmanātmānaṃ tato yāti parāṃ gatim ॥13- 28॥

Indeed, seeing the same lord established everywhere, one does not injure the self by the self. From there, one goes to the supreme goal. 


samam (masculine, accusative, singular) = the same 

paśyan (present participle, masculine, nominative, singular) = seeing 

hi (adverb) (indeclinable) = indeed

sarvatra (adverb) (indeclinable) = everywhere

samavasthitam (past passive participle, masculine, accusative, singular) = established 

īśvaram (masculine, accusative, singular) = lord  

na (adverb) indeclinable) = not

hinasti (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = one injures 

ātmanā (masculine, instrumental, singular) = by the self 

ātmānam (masculine, accusative, singular) = the self 

tatas (adverb) (indeclinable) = from there

yāti (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = one goes 

parām (feminine, accusative, singular) = supreme 

gatim (feminine, accusative, singular) = goal
