Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 15/Verse 12

यदादित्यगतं तेजो जगद्भासयतेऽखिलम् ।
यच्चन्द्रमसि यच्चाग्नौ तत्तेजो विद्धि मामकम् ॥१५- १२॥

yadādityagataṃ tejo jagadbhāsayate'khilam ।
yaccandramasi yaccāgnau tattejo viddhi māmakam ॥15- 12॥

The light which proceeds from the sun causes illumination in the world without a gap, which is in the moon and fire, that light you must know as mine. 



yad (pronoun, 3rd person, neuter, nominative, singular) = which 

ādityagatam (neuter, nominative, singular) = proceeds from the sun

tejas (neuter, nominative, singular) = light 


jagat (neuter, accusative, singular) = world 


bhāsayate (causative, 3rd person, singular) = it causes to illuminate 

akhilam (adverb) (indeclinable) = without a gap 


yad (pronoun, 3rd person, neuter, nominative, singular) = which 

candramasi (masculine, locative, singular) = in the moon 

yad (pronoun, 3rd person, neuter, nominative, singular) = which 


ca (conjunction) (indeclinable) = and 

agnau (masculine, locative, singular) = in the fire 

tad (pronoun, 3rd person, neuter, accusative, singular) = that 


tejas (neuter, nominative, singular) = light

viddhi (imperative, 2nd person, singular) = you must know 


māmakam (masculine, accusative, singular) = mine
