Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 12/Verse 16

अनपेक्षः शुचिर्दक्ष उदासीनो गतव्यथः ।

सर्वारम्भपरित्यागी यो मद्भक्तः स मे प्रियः ॥१२- १६॥

anapekṣaḥ śucirdakṣa udāsīno gatavyathaḥ ।

sarvārambhaparityāgī yo madbhaktaḥ sa me priyaḥ ॥12- 16॥

Who is indifferent, pure, cable, unprejudiced, whose anxiety is gone, who has abandoned all undertakings, devoted to me, that one is my beloved. 


anapekṣas (masculine, nominative, singular) = indifferent  

śucis (masculine, nominative, singular) = pure 

dakṣas (masculine, nominative, singular) = capable  

udāsīnas (masculine, nominative, singular) = unprejudiced 

gatavyathas (masculine, nominative, singular) = whose anxiety is gone  

sarvārambhaparityāgī (sarva + ārambha + parityāgī) (masculine, nominative, singular) = who has abandoned all undertakings 

yas (pronoun, 3rd person, masculine, nominative, singular) = who

madbhaktas (mad + bhaktas) (masculine, nominative, singular) = devoted to me 

sas (pronoun, 3rd person, masculine, nominative, singular) = that one

me (pronoun, 1st person, genitive, singular) = my

priyas (masculine, nominative, singular) = beloved
