Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 18/Verse 60

स्वभावजेन कौन्तेय निबद्धः स्वेन कर्मणा ।

कर्तुं नेच्छसि यन्मोहात्करिष्यस्यवशोऽपि तत् ॥१८- ६०॥

svabhāvajena kaunteya nibaddhaḥ svena karmaṇā ।


kartuṃ necchasi yanmohātkariṣyasyavaśo'pi tat ॥18- 60॥

Son of Kunti, by one's own born nature one is bound to do by one's own action. From delusion without will you will do even that, which you do not desire. 


svabhāvajena (neuter, instrumental, singular) = by one's own born nature

kaunteya (masculine, vocative, singular) = Son of Kunti

nibaddhas (past passive participle, masculine, nominative, singular) = bound

svena (pronoun, 3rd person, instrumental, singular) = by one's own 

karmaṇā (neuter, instrumental, singular) = by action 

kartum (infinitive) (indeclinable) = to do 

na (adverb) (indeclinable) = not

icchasi (present tense, 2nd person, singular) = you desire  

yad (pronoun, 3rd person, neuter, nominative, singular) = which  

mohāt (masculine, ablative, singular) = from delusion 

kariṣyasi (future tense, 2nd person, singular) = you will do 

avaśas (masculine, nominative, singular) = without will 

api (adverb) (indeclinable) = even 

tat (neuter, accusative, singular) = that
