Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 18/Verse 20

सर्वभूतेषु येनैकं भावमव्ययमीक्षते ।

अविभक्तं विभक्तेषु तज्ज्ञानं विद्धि सात्त्विकम् ॥१८- २०॥

sarvabhūteṣu yenaikaṃ bhāvamavyayamīkṣate ।


avibhaktaṃ vibhakteṣu tajjñānaṃ viddhi sāttvikam ॥18- 20॥

You must know that sattvic knowledge by which one sees the one imperishable being in all beings, the undivided in the divided. 


sarvabhūteṣu (neuter, locative, plural) = in all beings

yena (pronoun, 3rd person, masculine, instrumental, singular) = by which 

ekaṃ (masculine, accusative, singular) = one 

bhāvam (masculine, accusative, singular) = being 

avyayam (masculine, accusative, singular) = imperishable 

īkṣate (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = one sees  

avibhaktaṃ (masculine, accusative, singular) = undivided 

vibhakteṣu (masculine, locative, plural) = in the divided 

tad (pronoun, 3rd person, neuter, accusative, singular) = that 

jñānaṃ (neuter, accusative, singular) = knowledge 

viddhi (imperative, 2nd person, singular) = you must know 

sāttvikam (neuter, accusative, singular) = sattvic
