Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 18/Verse 12

अनिष्टमिष्टं मिश्रं च त्रिविधं कर्मणः फलम् ।

भवत्यत्यागिनां प्रेत्य न तु संन्यासिनां क्वचित् ॥१८- १२॥


aniṣṭamiṣṭaṃ miśraṃ ca trividhaṃ karmaṇaḥ phalam ।



bhavatyatyāgināṃ pretya na tu saṃnyāsināṃ kvacit ॥18- 12॥

Having departed, the undesired, desired, and mixed are the threefold fruit of action of the non-abandoners; but of the ones who renounce, there is none whatsoever. 

aniṣṭam (neuter, nominative, singular) = undesired 


iṣṭam (neuter, nominative, singular) = desired 


miśram (neuter, nominative, singular) = mixed


ca (conjunction) (indeclinable) = and 


trividham (neuter, nominative, singular) = threefold 


karmaṇas (neuter, genitive, singular) = of action 


phalam (neuter, nominative, singular) = fruit 


bhavati (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = it is 


atyāginām (masculine, genitive, plural) = of the non-abandoners  


pretya (gerund) (indeclinable) = having departed 


na (adverb) (indeclinable) = not


tu (conjunction) (indeclinable) = but


saṃnyāsinām (masculine, genitive, pluarl) = of the ones who renounce 


kvacit (adverb) (indeclinable) =whatsoever
