Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 9/Verse 4

मया ततमिदं सर्वं जगदव्यक्तमूर्तिना ।

मत्स्थानि सर्वभूतानि न चाहं तेष्ववस्थितः ॥९- ४॥

mayā tatamidaṃ sarvaṃ jagadavyaktamūrtinā ।

matsthāni sarvabhūtāni na cāhaṃ teṣvavasthitaḥ ॥9- 4॥

All this world is spread by my unmanifest form. All beings are placed from me and in them I am not placed.  


mayā (pronoun, 1st person, instrumental, singular) = by my  

tatam (past passive participle, neuter, nominative, singular) = spread

idam (pronoun, 3rd person, neuter, nominative, singular) = this 

sarvam (neuter, nominative, singular) = all 

jagat (neuter, nominative, singular) = world 

avyaktamūrtinā (avyakta + mūrtinā) (feminine, instrumental, singular) = by the unmanifest form

mad (pronoun, 1st person, ablative, singular) = from me 

sthāni (neuter, nominative, plural) = they are placed

sarvabhūtāni (sarva + bhūtāni) (neuter, accusative, plural) = all beings  

na (adverb) (indeclinable) = not

ca (adverb) (indeclinable) = and

aham (pronoun, 1st person, nominative, singular) = I 

teṣu (pronoun, 3rd person, neuter, locative, plural) = in them 

avasthitas (past passive participle, masculine, nominative, singular) = have my place
