Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 8/Verse 9

कविं पुराणमनुशासितारमणोरणीयांसमनुस्मरेद्यः ।

सर्वस्य धातारमचिन्त्यरूपमादित्यवर्णं तमसः परस्तात् ॥८- ९॥

kaviṃ purāṇamanuśāsitāramaṇoraṇīyāṃsamanusmaredyaḥ ।
sarvasya dhātāramacintyarūpamādityavarṇaṃ tamasaḥ parastāt ॥8- 9॥

One should ponder the prescribed seer texts to that which is smaller than the very small, who is the creator of all whose form is inconceivable, the color of the sun, beyond the darkness, ...


kavim (masculine, accusative, singular) = the seer

purāṇam (masculine, accusative, singular) = texts 

anuśāsitāram (masculine, accusative, singular) = prescribed 

aṇos (masculine, ablative, singular) = from the very small 

aṇīyāṃsam (comparative, masculine, accusative, singular) = smaller 

anusmaret (optative, 3rd person, singular) = one should ponder

yas (pronoun, 3rd person, masculine, nominative, singular) = who  

sarvasya (masculine, genitive, singular) = of all 

dhātāram (masculine, accusative, singular) = the creator

acintyarūpam (acintya + rūpam) (neuter, accusative, singular) =whose form is inconceivable

ādityavarṇam (āditya + varṇam) (masculine, accusative, singular) = the color of the sun 

tamasas (neuter, ablative, singular) = than darkness 

parastāt (neuter, ablative, singular) = beyond
