Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 8/Verse 13

ओमित्येकाक्षरं ब्रह्म व्याहरन्मामनुस्मरन् ।


यः प्रयाति त्यजन्देहं स याति परमां गतिम् ॥८- १३॥

omityekākṣaraṃ brahma vyāharanmāmanusmaran ।
yaḥ prayāti tyajandehaṃ sa yāti paramāṃ gatim ॥8- 13॥

That one who recollects me uttering the Brahman syllable, "om", that one goes forth renouncing the body, [and] goes to the highest path. 


om (syllable) (indeclinable) = (the sacred syllable) 

iti (punctuation) (indeclinable) = (close quotes) 

ekākṣaram (eka + akṣaram) (neuter, accusative, singular) = syllable 

brahma (neuter, accusative, singular) = Brahman 

vyāharan (present participle) = uttering 

mām (pronoun, 1st person, accusative, singular) = me 

anusmaran (present participle, masculine, nominative, singular) = recollects

yas (pronoun, 3rd person, masculine, nominative, singular) = that one who  

prayāti (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = one goes forth

tyajan (present participle, masculine, nominative, singular) = renouncing 

deham (masculine, accusative, singular) = the body

sas (pronoun, 3rd person, masculine, nominative, singular) = that one 

yāti (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = one goes 

paramām (feminine, accusative, singular) = to the highest  

gatim (feminine, accusative, singular) = path
