Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 6/Verse 7

जितात्मनः प्रशान्तस्य परमात्मा समाहितः ।

शीतोष्णसुखदुःखेषु तथा मानापमानयोः ॥६- ७॥

jitātmanaḥ praśāntasya paramātmā samāhitaḥ ।

śītoṣṇasukhaduḥkheṣu tathā mānāpamānayoḥ ॥6- 7॥

Of the tranquil self subdued, the highest self is composed in cold and heat, pleasure and pain, and in honor and dishonor. 


jitātmanas (jita + ātmanas) (past passive participle, masculine, genitive, singular) = of the self subdued  

praśāntasya (past passive participle, masculine, genitive, singular) = of the tranquil 

paramātmā (masculine, nominative, singular) = highest self 

samāhitas (past passive participle, masculine, nominative, singular) = composed

śītoṣṇasukhaduḥkheṣu (śīta + uṣṇa + sukha + duḥkheṣu) (neuter, locative, plural) = in cold and heat and pleasure and pain

tathā (adverb) (indeclinable) = and

mānāpamānayos (māna + apamānayos) (masculine, locative, dual) = in honor and dishonor
