Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 5/Verse 22

ये हि संस्पर्शजा भोगा दुःखयोनय एव ते ।


आद्यन्तवन्तः कौन्तेय न तेषु रमते बुधः ॥५- २२॥

ye hi saṃsparśajā bhogā duḥkhayonaya eva te ।
ādyantavantaḥ kaunteya na teṣu ramate budhaḥ ॥5- 22॥

Indeed, the pleasures born of contact, indeed, are temporal sources of pain, Son of Kunti. A wise person is not content in them.

saṃsparśajās (adjective, masculine, nominative, plural) = born of contact

bhogās (masculine, nominative, plural) = pleasures

ādyantavantas (adjective, masculine nominative, plural) = temporal (having beginning and end)

kaunteya (masculine, vocative, singular) = Son of Kunti (epithet of Arjuna)

teṣu (masculine, locative, plural) = in them

ramate (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = one is content 

budhas (masculine, nominative, singular) = a wise person
