नात्यश्नतस्तु योगोऽस्ति न चैकान्तमनश्नतः ।
न चाति स्वप्नशीलस्य जाग्रतो नैव चार्जुन ॥६- १६॥
nātyaśnatastu yogo'sti na caikāntamanaśnataḥ ।
na cāti svapnaśīlasya jāgrato naiva cārjuna ॥6- 16॥
But yoga is not eating too much, nor not eating at all, nor of the habit of sleeping too much, nor, indeed, awake too much, O' Arjuna.
