Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 4/Verse 31

यज्ञशिष्टामृतभुजो यान्ति ब्रह्म सनातनम् ।

नायं लोकोऽस्त्ययज्ञस्य कुतोऽन्यः कुरुसत्तम ॥४-३१॥

yajñaśiṣṭāmṛtabhujo yānti brahma sanātanam ।

nāyaṃ loko'styayajñasya kuto'nyaḥ kurusattama ॥4-31॥

Enjoying the nectar of the remainder of the sacrifice they go to the eternal Brahman. The non-sacrificing one does not have this world, much less the other, Best of the Kurus?


yajñaśiṣṭāmṛtabhujas (yajña + śiṣṭa + amṛta + bhujas) (compound) (feminine, nominative, plural) = enjoying the nectar of the remainder of the sacrifice

yānti (present indicative, 3rd person, plural) = they go

brahma (neuter, accusative, singular) = Brahman

sanātanam (adjective, neuter, accusative, singular) = eternal

na (adverb) (indeclinable) = not

ayam (masculine, nominative, singular) =  this

lokas (masculine, nominative, singular) = world

asti (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = it is 

ayajñasya (masculine, genitive, singular) = of the non-sacrificing 

kutas (interrogative) (indeclinable) = much less

anyas (masculine, nominative, singular) = other

kurusattama (masculine, vocative, singular) = Best of the Kurus (epithet of Arjuna)
