Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 7/Verse 13

त्रिभिर्गुणमयैर्भावैरेभिः सर्वमिदं जगत् ।


मोहितं नाभिजानाति मामेभ्यः परमव्ययम् ॥७- १३॥

tribhirguṇamayairbhāvairebhiḥ sarvamidaṃ jagat ।
mohitaṃ nābhijānāti māmebhyaḥ paramavyayam ॥7- 13॥

By these states of being produced by the three gunas all this world is deluded. From these it [this world] does not perceive me, the higher, imperishable.


tribhis (masculine, instrumental, plural) = by three 

guṇamayais (masculine, instrumental, plural) = by the gunas produced 

bhāvais (masculine, instrumental, plural) = by states of being 

ebhis (masculine, instrumental, plural) = by these 

sarvam (neuter, nominative, singular) = all 

idam (neuter, nominative, singular) = this 

jagat (neuter, nominative, singular) = world 

mohitam (neuter, nominative, singular) = deluded 

na (adverb) (indeclinable) = not

abhijānāti (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = one perceives  

mām (pronoun, 1st person, accusative, singular) = me 

ebhyas (masculine, ablative, plural) = from these 

param (masculine, accusative, singular) = higher 

avyayam (masculine, accusative, singular) = imperishable
