Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 6/Verse 45

प्रयत्नाद्यतमानस्तु योगी संशुद्धकिल्बिषः ।

अनेकजन्मसंसिद्धस्ततो याति परां गतिम् ॥६- ४५॥

prayatnādyatamānastu yogī saṃśuddhakilbiṣaḥ ।

anekajanmasaṃsiddhastato yāti parāṃ gatim ॥6- 45॥

But from persevering effort the yogin whose mind is controlled, whose sin is purified, [and] perfected through many births then goes to the highest goal. 


prayatnāt (masculine, ablative, singular) = from persevering effort 

yatamānas (yata + mānas) (present passive participle, masculine, nominative, singular) = mind controlled 

tu (conjunction) (indeclinable) = but

yogī (masculine, nominative, singular) = yogin

saṃśuddhakilbiṣas (saṃśuddha + kilbiṣas) (masculine, nominative, singular) = sin purified 

anekajanmasaṃsiddhas (aneka + janma + saṃsiddhas) (masculine, nominative, singular) = perfected through many births 

tatas (pronoun, 3rd person, masculine, ablative, singular) = from that

yāti (present tense, 3rd person, singular) = one goes 

parām (feminine, accusative, singular) = highest 

gatim (feminine, accusative, singular) = goal
