Chapter 1/Verse 16

अनन्तविजयं राजा कुन्तीपुत्रो युधिष्ठिरः ।

नकुलः सहदेवश्च सुघोषमणिपुष्पकौ ॥१-१६॥

anantavijayaṃ rājā kuntīputro yudhiṣṭhiraḥ ।

nakulaḥ sahadevaśca sughoṣamaṇipuṣpakau ॥1-16॥

King Yudhiṣṭhira, son of Kuntī, [blew the great conch shell of] Anantavijaya and Nakula and Sahadeva [blew the great conch shells of]  Sughoṣa and Maṇipuṣpaka, respectively.

anantavijayam (stem form: anantavijaya) (masculine, accusative, singular) = Anantavijaya

rājā (stem form: rājan) (masculine, nominative, singular) = king

kuntīputras (stem form:  kuntīputra) (kuntī +putras) (tatpurūṣa compound, nominative, singular) = son of Kuntī (epithet of King Yudhiṣṭhira)

yudhiṣṭhiras (stem form: yudhiṣṭhira) (masculine, nominative, singular) = Yudhiṣṭhira

nakulas (stem form: nakula) (masculine, nominative, singular) = Nakula

sahadevas (stem form: sahadeva) (masculine, nominative, singular) = Sahadeva

ca (indeclinable) = and

sughoṣamaṇipuṣpakau (masculine, accusative, dual) = Sughoṣa and Maṇipuṣpaka

This verse is connected to the previous verse, and thus many phrases of "blew the great conch shell of" are understood. Like in other languages, this is done to avoid wordiness and redundancy.
